Build a Solid Core
Most a man never develop core strength. The only way to achieve that synergy is through exercise that require them to work together. Don’t confuse a core workout with an ab routine. The exercise over the page focus on four muscle groups : 1) the erector spinae, each side of your spinal column. 2) the rectus abdominis, running from the middle of your rib cage to your pubic bone. 3) the internal and external obliques, along your waist, and 4) the transverse abdominis, under the obliques.
Ultimate Agility : Working your core muscles teaches your body to react faster and stronger in nearly every aspect of sport. Athletes who pay attention to these muscles feel improved balance, coordination and flexibility.
Dominant Power : The most effective exercise for developing power, such as dead-lifts, squats and power cleans, need a strong core to stabilise and protect the lower back. Conditioning the deep core muscles give your body that foundation.
Perfect Posture : The more centred your spine is in relation to the rest of your body, the straighter you will sit and stand. Strong lower-back and abdominal muscles provide the support your body needs to run with proper technique or sit at desk all day. You’ll also appear taller and slimmer.
Long-Term Weight Loss : Developing your core helps your perform daily tasks with less effort. You’ll have more energy to burn in the gym or on the field, and less time on the sidelines from early exhaustion or injury.

I Liked reading this post. Quite some usefull fitness info in it for me

Last year i lost almost 25 pounds and gained an inch on my arms in 12 weeks. What you describe here does resemble the book a bit, but there is so much more! I added the link in my name so you dont have to search for it
. Again, nice post and i hope you keep it up!

Training and diet is always the key for effective weight loss there is no easy trick to lose weight and there are no tricks but to use up more than what is taken in work out more and eat less that is the ultimate key
This is very similar with some of the workout plans I’ve known, the only thing is these is a full package for a core muscle development. I’d better try this and leave for a while the plans I’ve recently used. I want to know how effective this is than the other step by step plans.
