Grief, romance, and finance are stressors that you normally hear. Apparently, there are several causes of stress that you never thought possible before. Curious? Here are unexpected stressors as reported by the Daily Mail.
- Contraceptive pill

There are so many cause of stress in our everyday life. One of the cause is work. It is important to eliminate the causes of stress if we want to combat it.
The night light issue is interesting. One of my kids has to lay the clock face down because even that much light keeps her from getting a good night’s sleep.
