What do you think reduce over weight is very difficult? No, you are wrong. It is simple enough so you could follow.
To have a slim body is desired by everybody, especially the girls. Actually they will feel ashamed if their bodies are over weight. They consider over-weight is not energetic. It is also too difficult to find the dress that fits that is sold in the department store or super market. Commonly, the clothes that are sold there are the ones that fit those who have a normal size and mail forwarding usa.

Many people try as much as they could to get slim, but they do it in a wrong way. And as a result, they do not get the body size they want, but damage their bodies. Taking a diet and taking over-doses slimming pills will be fatal. The body will be too dry and thin. This case has often been experienced by those who are ambitious to get the slim body. They do not see a doctor to get some advice.



Reducing the weight
could be done by taking a diet or not taking a diet. Concerning a diet, most people usually understand that they must reduce the meal they consume. Usually the kinds of food that they must avoid are the delicious ones. Why? Because they contain fat and usually arouse their appetite. This makes them lazy to obey the diet restrictions.

Your diet would be useless if you keep eating the meals that are forbidden. Here I will give you the simple ways to reduce the weight.
1. Limit your portion. The portion takes an important role to make the body fat.
2. Avoid the meals that contain fat. It is rather difficult but you must try. Some examples of the fatted-food, are like avacado, chocolate,bakso,nuts, durian, etc.
3. Consume much fresh fruits, like mangoes, oranges, grapes, papayas, pineaples, water melons, etc.
4. Consume a lot of fresh green vegetables, like spinach, kangkung, carrots, nuts, cabbages, etc.
5. Try to eat at a regular time. Usually the one who does not eat at a regular time could suffer from a stomach upset. Now guess! What happens if they eat when they are starving? They will over-eat.
6. Consider the health term, try to understand and fulfill it well in your daily life. Applying it will cause our body healthy and avoid a lot of disease.
7. Don’t eat after nine o’clock p.m Do you feel strange to hear this? Why? Our body does not spend any energy, so the food that is consumed will cause fat.
8. Reduce eating ice cream
9. Drink much water, for at least, eight glasses a day. This is useful to launch the body metabolism and maintain the body from dryness. When do you find someone with bristle and dry skin, you could tell him/her to drink much water.

Beside the things I tell you above, I also suggest that you:
a. Don’t take a problem seriously. Hard problems will make you depressed and stressed if you don’t find any solutions.
b. Take exercises regularly, at least once a week. You need not to select the hard exercise. Take a simple exercise that does not spend a lot of money. They could be like walking, running, swimming, cycling, gymnastics, etc.
Walking : This exercise could be done by everybody. When we walk, the organs work. Most people take a walk in the morning because the air is still fresh and hasn’t been polluted yet. Taking a fast walk will make you sweat.

Running : What about you? Do you like running? Some say they like it, others don’t. They prefer walking to running. Those who are not used to running will feel itchy when they run for at least fifteen or twenty minutes. To tell you the truth, the itch won’t cause any danger to your body. This is affected by the widening of the blood vessel.
The more we run, the sooner the itchy will disappear. It is better to do warming up before running. This is useful to avoid the body from cramp. Try to run slowly, then improve your speed little by little.
From fast running, decrease your speed little by little. After that, take a deep breath, keep the breath for a while then exhal it. It is better to do this regularly. The breathing exercise will help you escape from asthma.

Gymnastics : Nowadays there are a lot of gymnastics studios. This is very helpful to make the body health. Try to select the right studio. Don’t be influenced by the discount, etc. Think about the quality, the experienced tutor, the material given, etc. It is better to do warming up before having gymnastics. It is important to escape from cramp, nerve tension. If you have no money to attend gymnastics at a studio, you could take the gymnastics at your home. The most important thing is that you have the healthy body. here are the examples of the warming up that you could follow:
a. make a slow run. Move the whole body from foot, thigh, hip, stomach, shoulder, and head.
b. sit up
It is beneficial to reduce the fat in stomach and tighten the nerve of the stomach. Don’t force to do this.
c. scot jump
It is beneficial to reduce the fat in your thigh. Do this activity as much as you can. Just like the sit-up, don’t force yourself to do this.

Swimming : It needs much energy and good stamina. The circumstance in the water is different from it is on the land. Here there is the air-pressure. After swimming, you will feel hungry. This is so because our energy is consumed to fight against the water.

Cycling : If you have the bike, you cna use it for sport. Ride on it in the early morning and in the afternoon before taking a bath.
