    The thing is people are after the thin image a body has. But I am not into this. A good body not slim and not obese is my kind of type. I am not slim nor I’m fat. I can enjoy eating good foods, I don’t go against tasty foods. Exercise, yes exercise is the key to maintain a healthy body.

    Dieting is great to lose weight indeed! I agree to that. However, when you keep dieting for more than a month already, you will no longer enjoy eating your favorite dishes anymore. I myself would rather go exercise. Due to it, I can still eat my favorite foods and still get fit! Cheers!
