I have a problem here. Every morning I have a sneezing fit and my nose gets blocked. usually around midday it stops by itself, without the help of medicines. The doctor might tell you to have an x-ray photo of your sinuses. The infection and inflammation of the sinuses can easily spread, so it’s better to treat the condition as soon as possible. One pair is located on either side of the nose, under the eye sockets. Another is situated on the skull above the nose. Still another pair resides behind the nose and the eyes and the last pair is right in the middle of the inner skull.

The sinuses have many functions:
* make the front of the skull lighter
* warm and moisten the inhaled air before it reaches the lungs
* serve as echo chambers so your voice will resonate better
