Eating Apples can damage the Teeth
Fresh apple is the fruit that is quite easy to obtain. The taste is sweet and fresh would make a snack, or as juice, salad, and cakes. Besides having good taste, apples also have a million benefits to health. However, based on the latest research says, eating four apples a day can damage the teeth compared with carbonated beverages.
Wine and beer also increase the risk of tooth decay, higher than the pickled onions and oranges are consumed.
